I had a horrible experience at this place. I went to get my pedicure done and the girl who was doing it for me cut my skin off instead of cutting my nail !! She felt really bad and kept saying sorry to me so I calmed down but the owner of this place is unbelievable. I was drying my nails off after getting the pedicure done and thought she won't charge me but even before I could ask her for the charges, she came up to me and asked me " do you want to pay now?" I was so shocked that for a moment I didn't talk. Mean while my husband came to pick me up and I narrated the whole story to him. He was really mad after hearing all this and went and spoke to the owner. The moment she saw him coming in, instead of apologizing she said ' Yeah I know, you have come back for the money " She had no apology in her tone. She then made my husband talk to her husband on phone who said " These things happen" What an appalling thing to say- they could have chopped my finger off and all he said was 'these things happen ". I advise everyone to stay away from this place. They have zero customer service and etiquettes. I give this place '0' stars.
