i went to them to repair my optical drive. i was not that educated on computeres that time, but they charged a fortune. i found other optical drives cheaper easily and their labor cost was rediculous. but they did get hte job done and it has been 5 years since it has had a problem and all indications indicate that it is going strong. so no complaints there. the wait time was reasonable, a plus for someone in a hurry. use if you have no idea what you are doing.
