I was always curious about this place because it's in my neighborhood and looks very fancy on the outside, but I never had any reason to stay here. However, when a friend of mind came to visit, I recommended that she stay here and she really liked it. I visited her at the hotel and the inside is quite fancy. The lobby is dimly-lit and has a great feel to it. The bellboys are very courteous as is all the staff. She told me the maid service was great too--the rooms were clean and everyone tried to accomodate her as best as they could. I don't remember the nightly rate, but I remember it was pretty reasonable. The beds were really comfy too! It's not the Hilton, but it's decent for the middle of Brooklyn. The only thing is it's in a Jewish neighborhood with not much shopping or tourist attractions, but a short train ride will take you to the city anyways.
