North Carolina Museum of Life and Science

Wednesday, August 17, 2005
This is an awesome science museum for people of all ages. They have some exhibits aimed specifically at young kids. Kids can make bubbles and play with blocks, shapes, patterns, and colors. They have several exhibits and a beautiful butterfly house. You can see some live wildlife, including alligators, bats, snakes, turtles, owls, fish, an opossum, and a woodchuck. You can also see some live farm animals, such as sheep, goats, chickens, a pig, and a turkey.
