My husband and I made appointments for a routine checkup and cleaning. The dentist sounds more like an insurance agent than a medical professional. He keeps selling and pushing all sorts of services. And knowing that we have an insurance coverage, he keeps finding areas for which he could maximise his revenue. We hesitated undertaking a service that he recommended. So guess what? He did not even perform the basic cleaning, which was what we were there for! Money grubber!!!
