Complaint: I called ahead of time to find out prices for exam. 27.50 for
exam. I walked in and the dr. checked his ears and than told me to wait out
in front. He came out in 5 mins and said he had yeast in his ears so he was
going to prescribe meds. I said okay and than he walked away. the
recepitionist Amanda said the bill was 147.93. I said i just wanted an
