I cant even see out my front window now when the light hits it. And vaccuum ??? Oh my. They didnt vacuum under my mats, they missed between the seats. Did I mention my wheels are still covered with DIRT!!!
Biggest waste of money ever
I purchased the Spiff Clean package. for $35 which is a glorified Wash Vacuum and Windows. WWAIT.. let me take out glorified. IT WAS HORRIBLE!
I considered them for a $200+ Full Detail but now.. NO WAY!! I will never come back they cant even wash a car (I have a Chevy Cobalt) A CAR!
Not to mention the manager Connor? was rude, he treated me like I was below him, or even like I was subhuman. Like I was a complete Idiot.
When I questioned his work he said. "ITS JUST A WASH VACUUM WINDOWS NOT A FULL DETAIL" and he tried to upsell me!!!! Why would I get a full detail if there are dirt patches all over my car!!!!
I will never come back and I will personally recommend to anyone who wants their car detailed or even washed to NOT GO TO JIMS DETAIL!!!!
I was ripped off! I cannot believe they have been in business since 1978!!.
I have filed a claim with the BBB for my $35. I want it back and he refused to refund me.
