Beautifully done in every detail: fresh ingredients, beautifully prepared by a top culinary school-trained chef. He has many years of experience and used every bit of that experience to open his own place. The place itself is beautiful--warm, inviting atmosphere, and I haven't had a dish yet that wasn't over-the-top delicious. Great wine and beer selection, too. Love the Belgian beers!
