Best Buffet in Hudson Valley

The Hudson Buffet is the best buffet in the Hudson Valley. They have so much variety. Three rows of main dishes such as general tso's chicken, frog legs, crab rangoon, and chicken and broccoli plus another one for fresh fruit and dessert. They also have fresh sushi and a side where you can make your own dish. You choose from different raw materials and the cook makes the dish for you. Definitely a fave buffet of mine.
