my experience was wonderful. my jeep was acting funny yesterday morning so i called peniston and talked to Dan and he told me to bring my jeep in at lunch and he would also do oil change and when i got there Steve was very accomodating and found someone to do my oil change, then explained to me what was going on with my jeep. i have always been very pleased with Steve and everyone else who works there. its a great place to take your care. they are very friendly and makes me feel like the places my dad used to take me where everyone knows everyone and stands around and has coffee and visits.
