I've only had CottageCare three times so far, and I don't necessarily get the same people every time. I would personally want the same person every time. But the cleaners are on time, they have a good attitude and they all seem to be happy--there aren't crabby cleaners. I think overall they do a good job.
Once a month they clean the first and second floor, and the part of the basement. If I ask them to use a certain cleanser, they'll use it. They call the day before to let me know they are coming and they have good communication. In comparison to other cleaning people they are priced higher, but other than that they do a good job.
