I have a Porsche and the company itself couldn't figure out their own product. I took my car to Ed's Auto Svc. and he instantly diagnosed and fixed the product. The Porsche company would have charged me thousands of dollars and that was incorrect. On the other hand, everything turned out great with Ed's Auto Svc. My only complaint would be is they should be more clear about how much the work will cost in the beginning because it was very vague.
RESPONSE FROM Ed's Auto Svc:
The only response I have is that this was an odd case and we weren't sure where the end costs would take us. Most of the time, We are clear on where the costs will end up and most of the time come out lower than the quote. I am very glad you are happy with our work. Bill
