We've been repairing our ac unit for a few years knowing the end was near so we saved and this year decided to take the plunge. With anything that costs thousands of dollars, we wanted to research and get a few estimates. Tommy Coffey was the salesman and was informative, well spoken and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable and assured us this unit and all the bells and whistles was the very best for our home. So much as we took his bid over the other big 3 names in the ac business in our area. The main installers were Omar and Galdino. These guys are top notch professionals in every sense of the word. They laid down drop cloths as not to scratch or dirty the floors and were clean, polite and efficient. After the install was complete unfortunately that is were things fell short. I've had to call the office several times and it seems their isn't a lot of communication in terms of scheduling until you call them to find out what's going on. I've waitedfor weeks after the install was complete to receive the cps rebate forms that i had to call to request and pick them up personally. I just feel as a customer spending a considerable amount of money that i shouldn't have to chase down my own paper work. Maybe more communication between the office and customer would be helpful in my opinion. Thank you.
