This morning we had a hot water heater break down, resulting in it flooding the basement of a rental property in Oakley (Cincinnati). Needless to say it was very important to get a new water heater for the tenants (since all water had to be shut off) as soon as possible.\r

After making several calls to different plumbers Roto-Rooter was able to send a representative within 2 hours. Our service representative, Anthony, was professional, courteous, and extremely informative. He was able to discuss all options and had a new water heater installed the same day. Thank you very much for the help as I and the tenants really appreciate it! I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future.
