Nothing but good things to say about Banfield and the care our miniature Dachshund, Abby, has received over the past 3 years. We've had the ""pet insurance"" policy and it provides comprehensive care during sickness and preventative maintenance. Staff always friendly and they have always worked Abby's appts to accomodate my work schedule. We had one emergency visit year and I was very impressed with the quick actions and diagnosis by the vet that I feel saved Abby's life. They always follow-up with a personal phone call after treatments. Shot records are always faxed to our boarder without issue. Thanks so much!
