Excellent customer service. Pilot light would not stay lit. Called for service and James was sent out the same day. Replaced thermal-coupler and problem solved. During the night unit stopped heating and when I called the company the next morning, very helpful office staff apologized and scheduled James to return that morning. He fixed the problem and even went back later that day to make sure unit continued to operate properly. Excellent, reliable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend this company! James did a superb job!
