Terrible Customer Service - Horrible Experience. My wife and daughter have been going to the Tigard location off and on for years...actually since 2009. We first took our young daughter there because she was having trouble reading. They were helpful in prescribing glasses. We recently took her there again a few months ago to get a checkup. \r \r I was shocked when we got the bill. They actually charged her $367.00 for a new patient visit. When I called the office to inquire, they told me because she has not been there for three years she was considered a new patient under Medicare rules. I laughed because my daughter will not be eligible for Medicare for about 55 years!\r \r This organization has absolutely ZERO customer service. They are more interested in money and hiding behind Medicare than serving their existing customers. I told them our family would not be back if this were their practice. The woman on the phone did not even care. They got their money for this visit but we will not be going back and given the age of our kids that would have added up to a considerable amount of money. They tripped over a dollar to pick up a dime. Too bad for them but we will be going to a much better facility, with very reasonable prices down the road. more
