If you can use any other company, I would suggest that you do it. We began our 'journey' in May and are still not done. Working with Reborn has been an experience in lies, excuses, and blame. Without belaboring the constant problems, just know that when there is something that goes wrong (key left in the door by worker when you are not home, design flaws where you have drawers and cupboards installed that can't open, etc) there is no one to appeal to. We finally wrote a letter to the owners of the company and the Vice President and did not even receive a response of any kind. This is an unethical, highly frustrating company and I would strongly urge you to avoid it at all costs.
