Do Not trust these people with your pet! They are only after your money! They overcharge and pad your bill with miscellaneous charges. They staff is unfriendly and rude. They have this scam going because of the New Albany name and address. They do Not care about the animals. This place is using our genuine love for animals to overcharge us any chance they get. Sad group of people, doors should be closed and locked to prevent anyone else from mistakenly walking in.
