I've lived in this complex for 20+ years. the past 10 years, under Hillcrest Management, have been the worst. We have now the highest assessments in the area, and the worst service. Our lawn is bare and has been for the past 5-6 years. The Lawn crew keep cutting the dirt with their equipment and even after and during rains, leaving great ruts in the mud. I've continually requested this problem be addressed, to no avail. But, just don't pay your assessments on time and see what happens. Awful service. Avoid.
