Our house is over 100 years old and our main line was backing up due to roots. Derrick cleaned it out within an hour and was very accomodating by moving things around our crowded basement in order to get his machine in. We now have a 6-month window to call Roto Rooter if we have another problem, no extra charge. Hopefully the roots will not become a frequent issue but Derrick helped me to better understand how common this situation is in Spokane. Since we had not had plumbing problems before, the cost was more than we would have expected, but we are thankful Roto Rooter could deal with it quickly.
