I have had Carroll's people in to work on my aging hot water heating system and to replace the main water line into the house. They have always been fast, neat, and skilled, and have been more than happy to discuss what they were doing and why, what was needed to bring things up to code, and why they might not recommend some other work. They are not inexpensive, but that seems true of most plumbing work, and they deliver. They have also passed on opportunities to suggest additional expensive work that they probably could have sold to me, which I appreciate.
