I arranged for them to do some work at my mother's house. They did a good job, and the price was very fair. However, the work she was needing needed to be split into two jobs. Again, that first job went well. They missed a thing or two (small stuff that they returned to fix) and even did some stuff they weren't asked to do (small stuff). This was during the late winter. They were supposed to do the second job but I never heard from them. Call and maybe get a call back stringing me along. Eventually, in April when all other landscapers are too busy for new clients, they said they didn't have time to do what they agreed to do. I don't know why people can't do what they say they're going to do. They did some work. They invoiced. I paid. I'm willing to pay for the rest and have a long term relationship with this company, but nope. They're flaky. I'd stay away.
