I was supposed to have my entire house done for $129 and was charged $189. I noticed the price quote difference so I called and talked to the owner. The MOST arrogant and rude man I have ever spoken to! I asked him why they charged me extra for 2 small 4x6, simple, cotton rugs that were lay-ed over over my carpet and tile when I did not even get the carpet, a 16x16 room and the tile room cleaned. He said in a LOUD, RUDE, voice, "Because it's my company and I set the prices for rugs!". I have never had an owner of a business speak to me this way. He was so rude that he made me start crying which he could not understand.All I wanted was a simple answer to a question. I was not upset, angry nor did I raise my voice when I spoke to him. He did not offer any sort of remorse, apology or anything. And, I noticed that several other reviewers had the same thing to say about him.
