I bought a 2012 Altima coupe recently and wanted it checked out before the 36,000 mile warranty expired. I found out they do a complete inspection (for free) so I made an appointment with Alex for inspection and oil change. . She was very friendly and professional. She called me when it was ready, offered a couple ideas for upcoming maintenance, (no pressure), and then checked on accessories for me and got back to by e-mail just like she said she would.
