Our condo was built in 1980 and we needed a new furnace. We had the to opportunity to interview two businesses and D & M Heating & Air Conditioning was one of them. We went with them because of Kurt's honesty, guidance, and his ability to explain things well. He talked to us about the size of our condo and gave us choices for equipment and prices.
The guys that did the job were great and everything went in nicely. Our electric bill went down $50 within three months of the installation thanks to the equipment Kurt advised us on. D & M also called us when it was time for cleaning the air conditioner and furnace. They had decent rates for that service. They're a very reliable and good company.
