I took a prepaid UPS package there to simply be sent. The woman, who I believe is the manager or maybe owner, was extremely rude. Because the item I was shipping was time sensitive (as most overnight packages are) I asked for a receipt. She told me to take a picture of the envelope and just use that. I asked for my package back to take elsewhere where they never have issues giving me a receipt and she grumbled over to the register complaining about going paperless and how this costs her money and only shows she received the package but doesn't hold her liable... Blah blah blah. This location is super convenient for me, but I'll NEVER go back there. Not worth it. She made me feel terrible for asking her to do her job.
