The man that owns the store is very dishonest and very rude. My daughter had a major growth spurt. When I walked into the store and explained to the man that her shoe was hurting her, he measured my daughter's foot to be a size 13 and made me feel like a horrible parent. He bought out an Italian made shoe that was a 12.5 instead of a thirteen. I didn't realize that it wasn't a thirteen until I got home. He let her wear the shoe out of the store, but it still looked brand new because she wore them to the car and I removed them from her feet right away. When I called to exchange the shoe because I felt like the shoe wasn't a true 13, which is a 31 in Italian cut, he instantly was rude over the phone and right away said it couldn't be exchanged. I kindly said ok and hung up the phone. He will never ever get another dime from me and the service is horrible. Please don't allow this man to do this to anyone else by stopping his business. It's one thing to have nice shoes, but not when you have to deal with someone that just wants to make money.
