Very rude customer service. We paid $35 for the upgraded pedicures. We did not get the 15 minute massage. One of us didn't get paraffin wax. When we asked for a design on one toe we were told, we will see we are short on time and running late. (We were on time to our appointment and had to wait 20 min). All in all I was very disappointed and will not be going back.
