We have boarded our 2 boxers here several times. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly and welcoming. We bring our own dog food and they have distributed it correctly every time. It is loud when you bring your dogs in, as one man stated above, but that's what dogs do. That would be like walking into a nursery and expecting babies not to cry. Anyway, in October of 2013, my husband's father passed away so we boarded our dogs to travel out of town, and when we returned to pick them up, the staff told us there was no charge for boarding since we were going to a bereavement!!! We were shocked. Our dogs were bathed, teeth brushed, nails trimmed and everything for free. The owners are great people who love dogs.....and their owners!! I would recommend this place to anyone!
