This was my second visit and I was disappointed. I asked for an oil change and asked to check my steering wheel. He said I needed an alignment said it would be 89.99. I've only had the car a few months,so I asked him to see if it under warranty. He seemed bothered by it. And said it would be about 2 or more hours so I waited. After expressing my disappointed to the girl at the front desk he finally came and told me the warranty would cover it. Then he gave me over to another advisor. I was not offered a wash or vacuuming. Yet I heard a couple of the other advisor tell their customers they could come back at a later date to get their cars washed (it was raining). I paid for my oil change and left unhappy. more
