The establishment at which I work (hospital type environment) was experiencing issues with bedbugs and decided thermal remediation to be the course of action. We contacted multiple companies for bids and decided to use Absolute Pest Management. When the Service manager Charles Partridge showed his appearance clean cut and attitude professional, upon inspection he recommend changes we make to the environment that would make the service much more effective. Charles Partridge and Mike Cassidy showed on the day of service 7 am, Mike was needed elsewhere and left shortly after setup he returned later that evening around 6pm. Due to the temperature dropping outside, the building made of concrete and brick was extremely hard to heat. But both employees of Absolute stayed well after 9pm ( that's a 14 hour stay on the jobsite) to make sure an effective and complete job was done. They could have easily shut down and returned at a later date and time, but they showed commitment to the customer and to the job by staying. We found one bedbug a week later, and understood that it was reintroduced into the environment not a residual from the service performed. Due to the sensitivity of the case Charles returned and performed a remediation treatment again even though it was not written into the contract.
