I inherited my father's apartment in Laguna Woods Village, which was built in 1964. The kitchen cabinets were rundown, and altogether it was an ergonomic nightmare. I kept bumping into the garbage can. I basically used it to reheat food. I decided to call Reborn and Nilla Lindgren, the kitchen designer, came to evaluate my kitchen. Besides being charming, she was able to see exactly what I needed to make the kitchen more accessible, as well as beautiful. After Nilla, a contractor came to measure my cabinets for the Refacing. A few weeks later the carpenters came to implement the plan, which took 4 days. Everyone who came into my home was respectful of me and my living space. When it was all done there was an amazing transformation to a beautiful, ergonomically easy to use kitchen, which is a joy to cook in.
