I want to thank you for your service today. Charlie, and then Kenny, came to the house to unstop a very old upstairs bathroom sink drain. It took a long time (old, corroded iron pipes, I think) but they persisted and my drain is clearer than it has been since I moved in, ten years ago. They were pleasant, professional, and hard working, and I was most grateful for their work.
While he was waiting for Charlie to finish his part of the job, Kenny replaced for me a big battery in a hard-to-reach place in my cellar. I'm 78 and reaching above my head is no longer fun, so this was more than helpful. It probably saved me a service call from another service provider and I am more than grateful for that kindness. I can't think that I have ever asked a service person to do something like that before -well outside the scope of their responsibilities - and definitely don't plan to make a habit of it, but I was very appreciative of his kindness and hope you tell him so.
