I went in to Krugers this morning to get a stone set in a new ring. Paul was very helpful, apparently a new employee, well done Paul. I needed an appraisal, a cleaning, and a purchase of a new ring. David, the owner I am told, did not even act interested. I was told that what I had was a white sapphire not a diamond, but they could show me no tests to verify this and I got no answer as to what they did to appraise jewelry coming in the door. I got sent somewhere else to get an appraisal on my own then asked to come back so they could do the work. I looked around the store, not one employee was smiling or acting enthusiastic, nor were the few customers there at that time smiling and outwardly happy. I paid over ten dollars to park and did not even get a definitive answer about the jem I brought in. NOT going back.
