I recently used Northwind Kennels to board my West Highland Terrier while we went away on a week long cruise. I was very pleased with the experience. When I returned to pick up my dog, he was in good spirits, happy and healthy. He seemed to love the staff and was not nervous at all. It looked like he wouldn't mind staying there again! This can only be due to the fact that this kennel has true animal lovers working there. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, and took inventory of all the information that would make my dog the most comfortable while I was away. \r

What I especially like about Northwind Kennels is not only is it a boarding facility but it is also an animal rescue and they find homes for homeless dogs and cats. You know when you leave your pet there that you are leaving your pet in the hands of people who truly care about animals. That give me peace of mind. \r

Another thing I like about Northwind is how they play relaxing music for the animals so they all seem calm and content. \r

I will definitely be using Northwind Kennels again when we go on our next vacation. \r
