I am Sandy Caby, owner of Best Friends Pet Grooming. I'm posting this note because of the review below from Linsey M. This did NOT happen at my business. I am the owner and only employee of my business. I would never not take responsibility for harm done to a pet in my care. I have searched all my records and did NOT have a new client with the last name starting with a M in my shop 2 months prior to this post that haven't come back. I do not collect any money from owners prior to a grooming and I have never asked a client to ""not tell anyone"" about their experience at my shop. In all my years of business I have only had one clients dog recieve stitches do to an accident in my shop. This client is STILL a client. Every groomer at times is going to have a pet with clipper burner but most of the time it is due to matting, a skin condition, illness or a wiggle worm. I am in this business because of my love of animals and would never harm one. 85% of my new clients come from recommendations from current clients. I would appreciate Linsey M contacting me so this can be resolved.
