I've had a terrible experience with All Parts Grills. I placed an order on the 20th of December, and their staff didn't bother to ship my order until January when I called inquiring about my order. Then, they messed up my shipping address and the part is currently en route back to them. Frustrating! Poor customer service. I called and was given a refund. I would not recommend ordering from this company. more
