Dalt's and SweetJack combine to entice me to buy a coupon. I do. Then after letting the promo value expire, the coupon CLEARLY says the ""paid for"" value of $10 is good for 5 years. Nope, assistant manager brian shawler refuses to honor their coupon and tells me to keep my voice down when I get upset at their trying to back out of honoring the coupon THEY agreed to engage with via SweetJack. Pathetic and completely rude service that shows disdain for someone trying out their restaurant. If Dalt's keeps the likes of shawler around to represent their operation - this place will remain as empty as it was the day we went there...
