I first went to Rob's shop because something fell off my car and I happened to be driving down Valencia. I thought it must have been a slow day, because Rob fixed it on the spot, no charge. It happened again a year later, I stopped in at Consumer, same thing. So, when my bumper and driver's side door got crunched by two separate people attempting u-turns on my narrow street, of course I took it to Rob instead of the 'official' insurance body shops. He did an amazing job - my battered city car looked like new (from one side at least), and handled the insurance as well as the uninsured guy that hit my car. And, when I asked him to fix another scrape on the other side, he advised me against it because it would be pretty expensive, and it would probably just happen again. Big stars (as if he needs more) for not just taking the extra money like many shops would do. Thanks Rob!\r
