After the employees of this establishment misplaced my payment, they made it as if they were doing me a favor not charging me a late fee. I was forced to drive to their office, after faxing all my documentation, by one of their own employees to clear it up only to be told there was nothing I could do but wait for them to call me. I was told I only proved that I made the purchase,not that I paid them when in fact I had a photocopy showing it made out to them. Nowhere up to this point did anyone act as if I was not trying to get over on them. Finally, I spoke with the owner, who acknowledged they remembered me coming in, but informed me that he had apologized to me and there was nothing else he could do. I would not be charged a late fee or reported to the credit bureau. Thank you Mr. Van Hook. The nerve of me to think at any point in this I was disrespected or mistreated by anyone at your company. Not to mention being hung up on, him not wanting to speak to me and telling a clerk to take care of it after I'd spoken to numerous clerks within this company. I will not use this company nor recommend use of this company to anyone again. I am appalled at the fact that I ever thought they were good people.
