Earlier today (Sunday) I went to REI looking for a new pair of ski boots. The service was terrible. No one there to help and customers fitting their own boots and only one sale person to help. On my way home I stopped at the Sports Den. What a great experience. Luke helped me and had me try four different boots and he was a great help, Great guy, very helpful and he knows his stuff. He spent over two hours helping me with the great fit, I'll differently go back and I would encourage others to go there and ask for Luke. You will not regret the visit.
