These folks are the real deal. Prices are usually competitive or a little higher (we've gotten some great deals), but the jewel in their crown is service. It is so worth every penny to call and have them tell you they'll be out today or first thing tomorrow morning. We have bought a number of appliances there, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
