I moved in May 2013 and requested several things to be repaired and they respond very quickly (same day) via email\r
with action they have taken. The repairs get done either that day or the next day. Donna, the repair coordinator is the best ever! She is very professional and quick to respond. She will be honest and share with you how the owner's want their property managed, but conveys messages to owner and will respond in a very timely manner. She will advise at times that she is still waiting on the owner for a response which is not in her control. The entire staff is very professional, courtesous very friendly and take care of the residents. Thank you WPM! \r
