I went into Gary’s Pool 8 hours before a pool party. It was the worst situation I could think of. My pool had become cloudy. I'm not talking murky; I'm talking about 25,000 gallons of milk. As I told them about my problem, they were on the phone with Pat, the owner. \r

He immediately knew how to fix the problem and recommended some products that would help. I bought the products and was ready to walk out the door when the nice, friendly ladies behind the counter asked me for my address. \r

When I asked why, they informed me that they were so concerned about our situation that a tech was personally coming out to show me some tricks to help clear up our water faster. \r

Sure enough, he came out to my house and personally helped me clear up the pool. The best part was, the pool was clear an hour before the party. I wholehearted recommend this company. They have gone above and beyond what any company should do to make sure I was a satisfied customer. \r
