We were SO disappointed with Nannies of the Valley - DO NOT USE THEM. The service they provided was terrible and they were not willing to admit their faults and refund our money. Everyone else we worked with in Napa was wonderful except for them! They were hired to help at a wedding reception and rehearsal dinner and we were so disappointed with them at the rehearsal dinner (because they didn't do a thing except sit there and ask when they were going to be paid) that we cancelled their services for the wedding. They insisted on still being paid even though they did not do a single thing to help or speak to a single child at the event. Terrible customer service.
