When we finally got the order the ice creams were melted. Supposedly, no one gave the delivery guy the address. I had to make my fiance go get the ice cream because the guy ended up in the w hotel across the street. There is no reason for someone to go pick up their order at another address because of carelessness. This was not the first time cold stone or whom ever screwed up.
