Very Annoyed with maid to sparkle. I would give them 0/10 stars because they didn't even show up. I had scheduled a move-out clean for $200 and the maid never came. If I didn't drop by the house we were selling I would have never known this happened, and would have lost a considerable amount of money if the buyer walked through the home and decided not to purchase it because it looked unclean. I had to drive 2 hours to my new house and 2 hours back, then spend 4 hours cleaning myself. The representative I spoke to on the phone was not very apologetic, offered no solutions, and pretty much said ""welp, you are on your own."" Terrible, terrible service that I would never recommend to anyone.
