They "claim" to have a 15 day return/exchange policy - \r
but when you try to return a defective item - they insinuate that you damaged the item and act like they are doing your a favor by offering you 50% credit on an item that they sold as defective. \r

Management tries to screw customers out of a legitimate exchange or refund.
