AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!By far the worst customer service experience, I have ever been involved in. Rented a piece of equipment after a large storm. On the day we were returning it, the traffic was absolutely terrible ( due to traffic light power outages) we called several times to give them an update as to our progress and that we might just be a couple of minutes late. The answer was, ""we will not stay one minute past closing, no business stays open after closing hours"" In my experience a business that cares about both its customers and their future business would have waited the 5-10 minutes for us to arrive. To make matters worse everytime I spoke to ask a question, I was interrupted with another rude comment. I will absolutely NEVER, use this business again. I would rather drive 50 miles out of my way to avoid this place. The best part is, my business has used them in the past and all of our staff will now be directed to find another rental company for our needs. So not only did they lose a families business they lost a corporate account. They act as if they have a monopoly on the rental business but there are plenty of other companies that understand customer service and want our business. Reddy Rents in minneapolis and St Louis Park, get my vote for the best in the cities. Not as convenient to my business but way worth the drive compared to the ""I don't care attitude of Highway 55 Rentals. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, you will be glad you did!
